Kitchen Manager / Head Cook

Sacred Heart Catholic School in Waseca is seeking a Head Cook/Kitchen Manager (6.5 hours per day) to manage our kitchen operations. The Head Cook will administer the school hot lunch program, follow federal and state guidelines, and manage program budget and accounts.

Qualifications:

  • organizational, cooking, and menu planning experience
  • effective oral and written communication
  • food safety training
  • Certified Food Manager or willing to obtain
  • familiar with kitchen software
  • able to supervise volunteers
  • excellent customer service
