The office administers benefit programs for the employees and priests of the parishes, schools, and institutions of the Diocese of Winona-Rochester. These benefits include health, dental, term life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), long term disability (LTD), (403)b lay retirement, and Section 125 benefits
