Please make sure to submit your forms two weeks prior to the meeting to ensure they are received in time. 

Emails will be sent to acknowledge submissions one to two weeks after the CEU meeting. These emails will provide you with more details regarding approvals or will let you know if more information is required. We appreciate your patience during these two weeks as we are submitting the CEU's to the Minnesota Department of Education.
